This Privacy Policy explains how Chuxiong Shengna Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") handles information when you play our game Silhouette Guessing (the "Game"). The Game is an HTML5 puzzle game that runs in your browser. We have designed the Game to be privacy-friendly: core single-player gameplay runs entirely on your device and requires no account or network connection.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Anonymous device and usage data (required for online features)

• Anonymous player ID — a randomly generated identifier stored on your device, used so that online features (leaderboards, multiplayer rooms, daily rewards, wallet balance) can work without forcing you to register.
• Technical data — browser type, device type, approximate language setting, and IP address, used for fraud/abuse prevention, rate limiting, and network diagnostics.
• Game activity — correct answers, scores, match results, season rankings, items used. This data is linked to your anonymous player ID.
• Advertising identifiers — if and when advertising is enabled, a temporary ad session identifier is used to verify ad completions and prevent fraud.

2.2 Data you provide if you register

• If you choose to create an account, we receive your email address (via Google sign-in or email) and your chosen display name.
• Registered players may have their progress saved to the cloud so it can be restored after reinstalling or switching devices.

2.3 Data we do not collect

• We do not collect your real name, phone number, home address, or precise location.
• We do not require an account to play. Anonymous play is fully supported.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate online features: multiplayer rooms, leaderboards, season rankings, daily rewards, and the in-game shop.
• Prevent abuse: limit daily plays/ads per device and account, block fraud and cheating, maintain fair play.
• Deliver updates: check the game version and question-pack version so you receive updates appropriately.
• Show advertising (when enabled): serve and verify ads, and protect against invalid traffic.

4. Third-Party Services

• Advertising — we may use Google AdSense (H5 Games Ads). Google may process your data as described in Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can learn about ad personalization controls at adssettings.google.com.
• Online game services — multiplayer rooms and cloud storage are hosted on our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Fly.io). These providers process data solely to operate the services we control.
• Distribution — the Game may be distributed through platforms such as itch.io. Their own privacy policies apply to their platforms.
• Payments — if you purchase optional content in the future, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (PingPong). We do not collect or store your card or bank details; they are processed by the payment provider under its own policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed above, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Anonymous player data that has been inactive for a period of time is periodically deleted from our servers.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (section 9). For registered accounts, deleting your account removes your cloud-saved progress and personal data.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data (where required by applicable law).
• Withdraw consent for advertising personalization via your browser/device ad settings.
